Wired smoke detectors are in all rooms.  Outside lights and GFCI receptacle front and rear.  Soft close cabinets and drawers in the kitchen. Stainless steel double sink. Designer countertops with beveled edges. Gorgeous, solid wood doors and wood shelving in all closets. One piece shower stalls...no seams, no caulk to maintain. Septic system is designed for a 4 bedroom home. It is a 1500 gallon dual tank in ground standard septic (no sand mound or holding tank)! The swale pipe under the driveway is a 24 inch x 40 foot long corrugated plastic pipe as required by an engineering study done by Dsim Design. It is topped with crushed stone and other substrates to protect it from damage.
