We cannot believe that this Grandfathered Building LOT has not yet sold. With 10K down and 500 per month principal-only payments, the Seller will take back financing. This parcel is a "LOT." The lot originated from a subdivision, which was approved by the Township and County and recorded at the County in or around 1940.
